I understand that plans can change, and I do my best to be flexible while also honoring the time and work that goes into preparing for your appointment. Here’s how my policy works:

Notarization Services (Real Estate Transactions)

• If a transaction doesn’t close after I’ve already traveled, there’s just a $50 trip fee.
• If a closing is canceled before I travel but after documents are printed, a small $10 print fee applies.
• If documents haven’t been printed yet, there’s no fee at all.
• To avoid any fees, please try to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Translation Services

• Once a translation is complete, refunds aren’t available.
• However, if you find any mistakes or typos, I’ll happily correct them free of charge.

Interpretation Services

• If you need to cancel an interpreting appointment, please do so at least 24 hours ahead.
• For same-day cancellations, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
